We’re a rock bar in central Yerevan, with a stage we run live music on.

Before the bar opens for the evening, that same stage turns into a rehearsal room. Plug in, run your set, and be gone by the time the doors open to guests.

The Venue opened in 2015 on Baghramyan Avenue, a few steps from the centre, as a place built around one idea: a small room where the band is close enough to touch and the sound is loud enough to matter. More than ten years on it is still that room — the banner behind the drum kit, the amps at the back, the red and blue light on the stage, and a bar you can lean on while the band plays.

Most nights there is a band on. Local rock, metal, blues and everything in between, tribute nights, the occasional touring act passing through Yerevan, and the kind of jam that starts at midnight and finishes when it finishes. If you play, you will probably end up on that stage sooner or later — which is also why, by day, we rent it out by the hour to bands who need a room to rehearse in.

Come for the music, stay for the company. We open at seven every evening and close when the night is over.
